Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to write up a general update about what’s going on in the world of HumanZombies.com. I think everything has been going well for the most part, considering that the website is still in its infancy.
You can expect more zombie content to continue to be updated on a regular basis. But, I also wanted to announce that I will be expanding the type of content that will be uploaded to the website beyond zombie only content. So expect to see some other really cool stuff that might catch your interest (Horror, Suspense, SCI-FI, etc).
Another announcement I wanted to make is regarding my book, which I am currently finishing up. I don’t have an actual set in stone ETA for its release. But I don’t see it taking much longer to be completed. When it is complete it will be available as both an eBook and paperback edition. I’m really looking forward to getting everything put together. I hope you’re as excited about it as I am!
I’ll make sure to keep everyone updated as time goes on.

There are many heated debates across the internet about what might be the best vehicle to get you out of harms way in case of some natural disaster or “zombie apocalypse.” Well, I’m going to lay it out for you now. The question of the best bug out vehicle is a pretty simple one. Because the best bug out vehicle is the one with four wheels (two wheels for a bike) and an engine that runs.
Many people care about having the biggest baddest off-roading machines. The only problem with that is… If you wait until something happens to try to get out of wherever you are, you aren’t going anywhere. Let’s be realistic, if you don’t leave prior to whatever event’s taking place, everyone is going to be trying to leave. And that usually means no one will be able to leave. So what’s the point of a bug out vehicle if you can’t go anywhere?
Obviously if you don’t live in the major cities or suburbs you won’t have this problem. But if that’s the case you probably wont be bugging out in the first place because you’re away from the general population.
I’m not trying to put down anyone who builds their dream bug out vehicle, because I love to see the work people put in to stuff like that. But the problem is, it needs to be a perfect situation for everything to work out. What if traffic is at a standstill or roads are closed? The last place you want to be is stuck in your bug out vehicle, which others can tell you clearly spent a lot of time creating for this exact situation, with a bunch of panicked people fleeing town who are willing to take what you have because they think it might help them survive.
My advice is to keep up with your hobbies and enjoy yourself. But please, look before you leap. There’s no reason to jump the gun and put yourself in a situation you may regret. The best of times are still ahead of us.

In October we posted a news article about Ants being controlled by a Zombie Fungus. You can find that article Here. Well, in a strange turn of events it seems that the fungus that initially attacked the ants has itself been attacked by a hyperparasitic fungus!
“The hyperparasitic fungus effectively castrates the zombie-ant fungus so it cannot spread its spores,” said Hughes, who is an assistant professor of entomology and biology, and a member of the Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics at Penn State. “Because the hyperparasitic fungi prevents the infected zombie-ant fungus from spreading spores, fewer of the ants will become zombies.”

Looks like Sony is going to have to update their new video game, The Last of Us, to include a hyperparasitic fungus hero.
AMC released 20 behind the scenes photos from Season 2 of The Walking Dead. It’s amazing to look through these pictures after the season has ended and look back at everything that’s happened over the last year. Check them out Here!

Looks like another car company has released a commercial advertising their cars with zombies. Ford did this as well and you can find those videos Here. And all of this comes on the heels of posting that horrible commercial the other day. Looks like Chevy is was trying to win the runner up award. Check out the video below.
